This retreat is designed to balance:

Group breathwork sessions will be mixes of integrative and meditative experiences.

Refund Policy
I get it, shit happens, but deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel you can get 50% of your post-deposit payments back until 01/05/24.  If you cannot attend and want someone to take your spot (paying you what you've already paid & taking over any remaining balance) they must be vetted and approved by me FIRST. I highly encourage getting traveler's insurance. (Full cancellation policy in contract).
